A Great Finish To A Great Night

This was the fifth and final stop of five places we visited on our evening with Whistler Tasting Tours.  They sat us in the lounge which had log paneling and a real cabin feel to it - the kind of place you image to be in a mountain resort.  As we had already eaten 4 courses before arriving here, we only tried a dessert - a tasty cheesecake with pears and caramel sauce.  The plates that people were ordering at the other tables did look scrumptious, but we'll have to try them another time.  The server did a great job of welcoming the group and an interesting explanation about the Inniskillin Riesling icewine they paired with the dessert.  We would recommend this lounge for drinks with friends as it had a great bar and cocktail list.  The restaurant side looked a little cold as it had all white walls, but I'm sure the patio in the summer is gorgeous.
